Englewood, NJ – May 2015 - DMG AMERICA recently awarded CareSouth Carolina Division Dental Medicine a $5,000 ‘ToothFairy’ Grant. The grant will be used to increase oral health education and literacy through educational programs in public schools, health fairs and library programs for underprivileged children in Darlington County, South Carolina. The children who were served come from families without insurance who have low to moderate income.  “Due to the generous support we received from DMG America, we have been able to educate hundreds of children and provide toothbrushes to all who attended the sessions,” said Alicia Johnston, RDH. “We have seen children that shared toothbrushes at home, and we were able to provide education and toothbrushes to everyone in the family. We are very thankful to reach these children.”
